Product Support
Every customer who purchases our product is provided with a license key that is required to unlock benefits such as automatic updates, support from our developers, and extra resources for the product offered. Support service and access to product updates are valid for one year from the date of your purchase. You can extend this period by a further year by renewing your license .Product Support is about helping you to install purchased theme & plugin and Import Demo. However, it is not about making creating additional features or customizations.
Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time.
Product Support is provided via Support Ticket and Chat (When we are available on Chat). We do not provide any support via email, comments, Facebook, phone call for Purchased theme.

Refund Policy
